I will tell you the only reason we ultimately decided to purchase from Riverside Ford in Havelock was because of Debbie in the online sales. She was amazing, she went above and beyond our expectations in helping us find the perfect vehicle for our family. Over a few days she researched and offered different options for us, without pushing. Ultimately finding us a vehicle that reached all the criteria and was within our budget. Tammy and Matt helped us with paperwork and details, they were friendly and not pushy at all. Dave was great helping in the financing, getting us the best monthly rate and some extra discounts! The whole team was great getting us a towing package and willing to take care of any Minor Details on the vehicle. Although I'm sorry to say I've had to keep after them in keeping their "what we owe you" promises.. But keep in contact with Chris and he'll make it right! Overall it was probably the best and easiest car purchase experience that my husband and I have ever had thus far! I would recommend Debbie and the Riverside team with any car purchase.
